- Smallest and largest pack envelope
- Throughput, gap, lanes and orientation
- Transfer gaps and package stiffness
- Changeover adjustment and label/scuff limits
Common mechanical inputs
Record conveyor length and width, minimum product footprint, spacing, lane count, mass, target throughput, temperature, path geometry and transfer interfaces. Separate steady running, start-up and unusual loading cases.
Selection evidence
Verify the exact belt series, grade, allowable pull under actual duty, compatible sprocket profile, support arrangement and installation requirements. Keep the catalogue revision and source with the design.
